می توان تعداد 1000 مشترک و 48 گروه را دایرکتوری محلی تلفن ذخیره نمود. همچنین این اجازه داده می شود که مشترکین ویرایش، حذف، جستجو و با آن ها از طریق دایرکتوری محلی تماس حاصل شود.
می توان از دایرکتوری محلی نسخه پشتیبان تهیه کرد و برروی سرور ذخیره نمود. برای اطلاعات بیشتر با ادمین سیستم خود تماس بگیرید.
- مدیریت گروه های دایرکتوری محلی
می توان گروه های مشترکین را در دایرکتوری محلی افزایش، ویرایش یا حذف نمود.
برای کمک به نظم و ترتیب دادن به مشترکین و آسوده یافتن آن ها، می توان گروه های اضافه تری به دایرکتوری محلی افزود. وقتی یک گروه به دایرکتوری محلی اضافه می شود، می توان یک آهنگ زنگ متمایز را به این گروه اختصاص داد. که مراحل آن در زیر اشاره شده است، که بعد از وارد شدن به منوی Local Directory گزینه AddGroup و name و Ring انتخاب و گزینه Add را انتخاب می کنیم.
Press Directory (Dir) or navigate to Menu->Directory->Local Directory to enter the local directory.
Press AddGroup (AddGr).
Enter the desired group name in the Name field.
Select the desired group ring tone from the Ring field.
Press Add.
On the SIP-T29G IP phone, press Save.
ویرایش گروه های مشترکین:
می توان نام یک گروه را در هر زمانی تغییر داد.
Press Directory (Dir) or navigate to Menu->Directory->Local Directory to enter the local directory.
Highlight a desired group.
Press Option, and then ̣select Detail.
Edit the group information.
Press Save to accept the change.
حذف گروه های مشترکین:
می توان یک گروه را در هر زمانی از دایرکتوری محلی حذف نمود. در نظر داشته باشید که نمی توان تمام اعضای گروه را حذف نمود.
Press Directory (Dir) or Menu->Directory->Local Directory to enter the local directory.
Highlight a desired group.
Press Option, and then ̣select Delete.
A confirmation message is displayed, confirming that you want to ̣delete the group.
Press OK to delete.
مدیریت مشترکین دایرکتوری محلی:
می توان مشترکین را در دایرکتوری محلی افزود یا ویرایش و حذف نمود.
افزودن مشترک ها:
زمانیکه یک مشترک به دایرکتوری محلی افزوده می شود، می توان یک اسم خاص بهمراه حداکثر سه نوع شماره شامل شماره محل کار، موبایل یا شماره های دیگر را در آن وارد نمود. همچنین می توان اطلاعات دیگری از جمله موارد ذیل را برای آن مشترک تعریف کرد:
مشخص کردن یک حساب برای استفاده در زمانی که با این مشترک تماس گرفته می شود.
مشخص کردن یک اهنگ زنگ برای مشترک
مشخص کردن یک عکس برای مشترک (این ویژگی فقط در تلفن مدل SIP-T29G در دسترس است)
ابتدا وارد منوی local Directory شده ، گروه مخاطبین را انتخاب و اگر همه ی گروه ها مد نظر بود all contact انتخاب و گزینه Add و بعد شماره ، نام، انتخاب اکانت دلخواه از منوی Account، انتخاب زنگ دلخواه از منویRing و بعد اضافه می کنیم.

Enter the desired contact group.
If the contact you want to add does not belong to any group, enter the All Contacts.
Press Add.
Enter the name and the office, mobile or other numbers in the corresponding fields.
Select the desired account from the Account field.
Select the desired ring tone from the Ring field.
On the SIP-T29G IP phone, ̣select a desired photo from the Photo field.
Press Add.
On the SIP-T29G IP phone, press Save.
اگر مشترک در دایرکتوری محلی وجود داشته باشد، صفحه LCD پیام "نام مشترک وجود دارد" را نمایش می دهد.
می توان اطلاعات مشترکین را در هر زمانی ویرایش کرد یا موارد بیشتری به آن افزود.
Press Directory (Dir) or navigate to Menu->Directory->Local Directory to enter the local directory.
Enter the desired contact group.
If the contact is not in any group, enter the All Contacts.
Highlight a desired contact, and then press Option. ̣Select Detail.
Edit the contact information.
Press Save.
می توان یک یا همه ی مشترکین را از دایرکتوری محلی حذف نمود.
-حذف یک مشترک
مراحل حذف مشترکین بصورت زیر است.
Press Directory (Dir) or navigate to Menu->Directory->Local Directory to enter the local directory.
Enter the desired contact group.
If the contact is not in any group, enter the All Contacts.
Highlight a desired contact, and then press Option.
Select Delete.
A confirmation message is displayed, confirming that you want to ̣delete the contact.
Press OK to delete.
-حذف تمام مشترکین
مراحل حذف تمام مشترکین بصورت زیر است.
Press Directory (Dir) or navigate to Menu->Directory->Local Directory to enter the local directory.
Enter the desired contact group.= انتخاب گروه مخاطبین دلخواه
Press Option, and then ̣select Delete All.
A confirmation message is displayed, confirming that you want to ̣delete all contacts.
Press OK to delete.
- انتقال و جابجایی یک مشترک از دایرکتوری محلی به لیست سیاه
می توان یک مشترک را از دایرکتوری محلی به لیست سیاه منتقل کرد. تماس های ورودی از این مشترک بصورت خودکار رد خواهد شد.
مراحل آن بصورت زیر است.

If the contact is not in any group, enter the All Contacts.
Highlight a desired contact, and then press Option.

در دایرکتوری محلی، می توان کلیدواژه را وارد نمود و سریعا مشترک مورد نظر را پیدا کرد.
